I don't listen to music, I either watch tv or listen to my significant other talk. :D

Garcia and Grisman when I play with echognome.

Bach when I play with mgoetze.

Marc Knopfler when I play with inquiry.

Dutch music when I play with cherdano.

Blues when I play with a pick-up partner.

(more or less true except for the last one, but I like the idea)
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

iPod/iTunes -- which for me means any of a number of playlists in my music library, anything from Mozart to Borodin to Gershwin to Brubeck to Steely Dan to Spyro Gyra to Paul Simon to James Taylor to Caribbean Jazz Project to ...

Please come back to the live game; I directed enough online during COVID for several lifetimes.

I tried watching Jessica Simpson's "these boots are made for walking" but after watching the video twice in succession, I decided I was in danger of becoming a pervert, so I have gone back to listening to anything that is available, I cant limit my musical tastes to one style

Simon and Garfunkel: "Bridge Over Troubled Waters". Beyond compare as far as this game is concerned, is it not? :D

And then of course "Sacrifice".

Mingus, Charlie Parker, Eric Dolphy, Billie Holiday, Lee Konitz, some Duke Ellington.
Paolo Conte, Mina, Vinicio Capossela (italian music).

Then some crazy stuff (various alternative music, World Music, etc etc.)

Though women are famous for multitasking I usually do either listen to some music or play bridge. Recently in a bridgeclub in Italy they played some old stuff like a Neil Young song ("Old man..", performed by Annie Lennox) and "Suzanne" of Leonard Cohen which was nice to hear again, it was still possible to play
I love different kinds of music, Classic as well as Jazz and Pop, but it should have "the special something". My favourite CD at the moment is "Nicky Nicolai: Che Mistero è l'Amore".
Those are my principles. If you don't like them I have others. (Groucho Marx)

I need quiet to concentrate when I'm doing anything. Guess I'm not a true woman.

Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Neil Young...., or something classical. Wait, these guys are all so old that their music probably qualifies as classics??
