It stands for Force Fake Robot Convention Card. It causes bids to be explained automatically using GIB's system.

What Barry said. It only works for BBO's express tourneys. Copying the various strings from BBO's tourneys will not turn a normal manually created game into a similar one (eg copying the express description will not make your tourney automated).
