I'm not sure this counts, as it was in a show I was doing, and it was the strike cast party for that same show (so it really wasn't expected to work), but my favourite was still:

"Have you ever kissed an elephant between its ears?" (pulling pockets out of jeans).

That was only one of about 10 that this character used. I had never heard any of them before, and they were all worse than any I had heard. I am told that they were all used at least once as straight tries on at least one of the writers for the show. Given that there were only three females on the writing crew,...
