Rules:

You can choose to be either male or female.

You will experience life fully as this animal for the day - if you are a delicious animal and get chosen to be eaten, sorry, but we'll all miss you.

Apple is a trick choice. Heh Heh

I prefer the eagle, but dolphin (if you mean porpoise, of course). I wasnt aware that apples qualified....

I voted for tame dog, as it means I'd be looked after and have no responsibilities. Even my sh*t would be cleaned up for me.

However, if I lived in Korea...... :(

A dolphin (but not in a region where they are hunted). So long and thanks for all the fish :(

So far the survey results:

In order of popularity

1) Tame dog (4 votes)
2) Lion, Dolphin, Apple (2 votes each)
5) Chimpanzee, Shark (1 vote each)

Dogs beat out the 2nd place choices by a whopping 50% margin. Which proves that dogs are perceived to be the most superiorest bestest animal in the world, and since there is wisdom in crowd, this must be the truest fact in the world.

The disparity between the 2nd tier choice animals (predator, smart and cute water mammal, and a fruit) displays the diversity of BBFers. We all choose what we'd rather be, as opposed to what we are now. So predator votes are by those who feel most attacked. Dolphins must be by those who hate water. And fruits are chosen by non fruits. This is written in black and white, hence it must be a fact.

Chimpanzees and Sharks are the only other animals who made the cut and actually ganered some votes. This proves BBFers are not paying much attention, because chimps are very smart and funny and can perform cute tricks, while sharks are just delicious.

I seriously voted for apple, seems nice, a day off from thinking.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

I voted Chimp, assuming that I'll be able to remember the experience the day after. I think it would make the most interesting news to report on how it feels to be a chimp.

If it were for a lifetime, I'd probably vote for either tame dog or dolphin, allthough tame cat would be even better. Seems more comfortable.

As for Ebola: sorry, it's not an animal.

As for apples: contrary to what the German language may suggest, apples are not male. The tree is hermafrodite. The fruit could be described as a lump of nutrients that goes with the embryo, something like a placenta but then for a different "purpose".
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

Apple is my favorite animal
No complications, no pain, no etc
No silly arguments with my peers on defensive signals
Just wait there til you get eaten by a superior being
Sounds quite fun

I would appreciate it if you kept these comments to yourself. Us apples have been around far longer than you.

As for being a male lion, I didn't like that. I kept hurting myself when I tried to brush the hair out of my face.

Of the animals listed, a penguin...

However, I admit that my #1 choice would be an octopus
