Some ideas:
If the opponents are in trouble, and you are prepared to double, or "hit it," physically punch the opponent as your double. Of course, if he thinks he can make it, he can punch you back to redouble. As a corollary, punching your partner after this is an S.O.S. redouble.
If you are being strip-squeezed, you must disrobe as you make each of your costly pitches.
An inverted minor raise is probably not allowed.
Upside-down signals are allowed, if you can pull it off.
A scissors coup is allowed, but only in midnight games.
Stuff like that.

Contact Bridge sounds fun though....although you might need to make tear-proof cards.
