2♠. I think 3♠ is fine in abstract, but this hand is too much weaker in terms of playing strength than most other hands where I open 3♠ so I think it would make life too hard on partner.
In one partnership I've been persuaded (told!) to play that first seat at favourable, 3S is a weaker call than 2S. Thus this hand is a 3S bid for us, change the spades to AJ10xxx and it's a 2S opening.
I'm definitely getting the hang of these openings, the other week I had
K9x
Axxx
KQ10x
Qx
and partner opened 3S in first seat, favourable. I passed throughout as the opponents bid up to 5C, which was the correct decision.
