Many times when one player claim, the software refuse even though the opps accept.

Hi,
this is hard to track.
It's also possible that either of your opponents or you cancelled, or the request was timed out and auto-cancelled.
There were some old claim bugs floating around in the past, but I haven't encountered any in a long time in the recent versions, so they probably were mostly fixed. If you can save your hands during future occurances and email fred, that may help.
