Bots and game tries

GIB uses help suit game tries, right? When you hover over your bid, it says you're showing 3+ cards and some honors in the suit.

So anyone know why it frequently accepts the game try holding 3 small cards in the suit? Sometimes I think it just has a maximum raise that it's decided should accept any game try (e.g. 2 aces and 4-card support), but other times there doesn't seem to be anything extra.
