Dialup problems - web doesn't work, bridgeVu does

When I use dialup, I can only use the BridgeVu interface, not the web interface, tho the traffic is minor. Do the web and bridgevu programs use different ports?

My impression is that the web interface is less tolerant to time-outs. Using mobile broadband, I could use the web interface only at the top floor of my old house (where connection was best) while I could use the win client everywhere in the house.

web version uses different port ( 3336 and 80 ).
Windows version uses 9999.
