Pass. Any bid is too likely to get us to a hopeless game. Playing a limited opening system 3♣ is clear, assuming 1♦ is limited to 15 or so.

Playing SAYC or 2/1: I think I will still bid 3♣, but I'm not too happy about it. Partner could easily misread the situation, but if partner rebids 3♥, I raise to 4, and I think we have found a good game. Otherwise, I'll wait and see

No 2♥ isn't a GF, but if you take a freebid here you're pretty much doing so. Partner can (and almost certainly will) act over 2♠.

Unless you are playing Negative Free Bids, 2H is forcing.
Having said that, although I am not forced to bid anymore I believe 3C doesn't show extras because if I was forced to bid (if oppos have passed) that would be as "weak" as repeating Diams. since partner can go back to my original suit at the same level.
IMO we have two shot hand. Gratefully with this auction we can bid our hand to its full extent.
If by any reason you believe this should be "stronger" then Pass.

It's a textbook good-bad 2NT. Without it, pard might be tempted to play you for extras when he shouldn't, or for a min hand when you have extras

If I had some way to show a bad 3♣ bid I'd use it, otherwise I'd pass.

Pass. I hope to be able to bid clubs later so that partner knows I have a bad hand with both minors.

Yes, this is a textbook good bad 2 NT. I had loved to use it, but this is so far from standard. I pass because for me 3 Club would show an opener.

Pass. Unless playing g/b or something, 3♣ shows extras. You were only forced to 2NT over 2♥ since if you bid 2NT partner could have passed, so bidding beyond the level in competition to which you were forced without competition must show extras.

This very bad hand has gotten even worse. The way to show that is to pass, and then keep passing. 3♣ should show a much better hand than this, and would be virtually game forcing.
