I don't like a reverse with that bad a suit. I'd rebid 2♣, and if partner passes we're probably all right. If he bids 2♠, I'll try 2NT. If he bids 2♥, I'll raise. If he bids diamonds, I'll bid hearts.
Of course, given my result in last Friday's club game, I'm probably all wet.

I have bid worse heart suits, and no --it doesn't bother me that partner is unlikely to have a heart fit.

Now consider whether you would rather show 4+♥&5+♣ or deny that shape and I think we can start to agree that 2♥ is mandatory.
Of course some will disagree.
