loading BBO some-time very slow

Hi; I use BBO-vers. 5.2.6 on my "old" PC (with XPpro).
During loading , some time, usualy when players are about 10.000 or more, the system go very, very slow to complete loading ( 3 -6 MINUTS or more).
I found the following "self-made solution":
1) Exit program
2) ERASE in "Bridge Base Online" folder the file called "db" (in that situation is about 7- 9 MBytes large)
3) re-start program; all date are loaded very quickly; program run perfectly and all info are available;
dimension of "db file" start from few KBytes up to 2 - 3 MB.

In my new and faster PC (with W7), I do not have that problem; but "db_file" is alredy about 19MBytes !!!
If the above-described is a "correct solution", it is possible make a sw up-date that "automaticaly erase db_file" every time log-off the program ?

Hi, my solution for you is to switch to the web BBO. It loads a lot faster. If you can, try it for a few days, see if you like it.
