Best hand, Gib N held: ♠9 ♥4 ♦KT9652 ♣J9752

I open 1S, N bids 1NT (didn't think Gib knew to respond on 4 counts lol) I bid 2H and it passed :(. It didn't make.

Pass is generally defined as "no suitable bid", which I would agree with in this case :(

Was this a good save? You could have 11 HCP and therefore ops missed out on game. A bid from N could have invited them in.

In what suit? They have a heart fit, but none of the suits are breaking. So even if they have the majority of the points, they're going to have a hard time making it.
