Player Name suggestion

Adding BBO ID within bracket along with their name of the player in Vugraph will be a help to track/watch their games when they play in BBO.

I'm afraid that the Vugraph operators don't usually know the players' BBO IDs, and we try to be as non-intrusive as possible, so wouldn't want to ask about that (we do have to ask about their real names sometimes and of course do so).

I was going to give a similar answer, but it seems like a cop-out. We could get this information ahead of time, not bother the players about it. It just requires some organization and planning.
