Pa-3♣
What do you play 3♣ as? What's better?

My sentiments exactly. It's not a total bar bid. It shows a good playing hand with some club length and invites pard to go to 4♣ if LHO gets active again. Maybe:
Ax
Kxx
xx

If opener wants to invite he can bid 2M or 2NT.

Something more elaborate may be better, the 1D overcall did not take away any bid,
so you could keep your complete agreement set, but where do you draw the line?
After a 1H / 1S overcall?
And does the same apply, if we opened 1D / 1H, they overcall 1H / 1S?
Will you be able to remember this?
Sry, for me best is KISS as much as possible.
With kind regards
Marlowe

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

There is not much to remember. If another bid is possible, raising to three is not invitational. Here "another bid" is 2♦.
