"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

I'm torn between cue-bidding and then bidding clubs, or just jumping to 3♣. At the table, I think I'd choose the latter - we have a lot of heart losers to deal with, and righty will be over-ruffing at some point. I also want to cater to partner's inevitable 3♠/3♦ call in the context of having already shown values & a clear preference as to suit.
