Random Jumps

It seems to happen semi-often with GIB where it is happy to play at a low level and then upgrades its hand and jumps to game after opps bid once more. Somehow this was a top anyway, but it just seems strange to bid like this.

Hmm, maybe they are programmed by a club player, and Sanctioned play with a bot should be just fine.

Because you played it better than the other Souths, holding it to down 1 instead of down 2 or 3.

reading other posts by LeoLasota and others on robot strategies that happens alot so even in balancing situations
the bots will reevaluate and bid game

Reminds me of auctions that happen sometimes at my club:

They were just about to play in 2 making 11 and I open my big trap and balance with 2. Responder actually has a 14 count with 3 trumps. It's hard to play at country clubs!!
