Wanted: pairs who can drop less than 2 IMPs per board. Apply within. ;)

This contest is against some of the best in the WORLD. Enjoy the
experience and learn from it. Let's give everyone a shot at playing
before we repeat too much (for posters I mean). IMO any poster
(with or W/O a partner) that has not had a chance to play yet
(and is willing to play with another poster that does not have a
partner) please apply and I hope the powers that be will give all a
fair shot.

As usual I will be around at game time if we need another player.

Guys, if you feel uncomfortable about expressing your interest publicly, you can also send me a private message.

My regular partner and I would like to play but the first date that we are likely available is June 23rd.

Just in case you didn't get enough interest, I would certainly be interested in playing again, but this weekend is not available so I hadn't posted in this thread until now.

Phil and me played one of those last night, and silly me I could only see 16 boards on my screen and though we were going to win!. Too bad that we dropped so badly on the last 12 as always. We got some proof that 4441 opposite 3334 makes very little tricks despite having more HCP than opps :P

Well guys, I am happy that there is plenty of interest in future matches, but the thing is, we need to put up a team THIS Saturday. If I don't get at least one pair within the next 11 hours or so I will have to tell Llande to look around for other opps this Saturday.

I live in Sweden so time may be an issue...I do not know how to rate myself as a player honestly...I am turning 23 in the beginning of June and have been playing cards (began w/ Spades) since I was 12. I can back myself up when it comes to play, but having played competitive bridge for roughly a year, I can by no means consider myself experienced. I have no steady partner to play w/ in a JEC match, however, I am willing to play.

Conventions are my weakness. Not from being unable to understand them, but a lack of knowledge about many. I learn them very fast though.

Glad to give it a try if needed. :)
