If this is from last night then I guess Leaping Michaels is not on the radar, so I'll make a Michaels cue bid. I think most (UK) club players would think that four hearts is also Michaels, even if it has never come up, so that is my choice.

As above, but not 4♥ Michaels. If 4♦ is not Leaping Michaels then I choose 3♥ Michaels so I get to bid 4♦ over partner's 3♠. If pard bids 4♠, I will bid 4N RKB.

With any form of two suiter bid, I would obviously choose it...
Unluckily for me 4 ♦ shows just diamonds and 3 ♥ asks for a stopper. :(
