you bid 4d because you felt slam was possible over a 1s response from p.
P has to have a hand near top for last train which is what you were looking
for. IMO bid it since you are behind opening bidder and any finesses u might
need are a huge favorite to work.

The idea of partner driving past 4S with Axxxx and out is pretty crazy to me, his hand could be significantly better than that to bid 1S. Last train seems perfect with that.
