Relay 2C response to 1H or 1S playing 2/1

I'd be interested if anyone can refer to some written stuff on this.
It's where the response to an opening bid of 1 of a major is 2C, which is either natural OR a relay. This is used when the response of 2D shows a 5 card suit, just like 1S-2H.
