This hand was on vugraph in a Camrose Trophy match. I don't have any explanation for the auction, but it was (N): 2♦-2♠-2N-3♣-3♥-5N-6♣-6♥-6♠
West leads the ♣2 (not sure carding; assume 3rd/lo). What's the best line?

North showed 22-23 balanced and denied a major.
They lead 4th but second highest from three or four small. So the lead is consistent with Hxx or Hxxx.

Win, AK of hearts, ruff a heart with the 8. If that get's overruffed, then I just hope I can play the trumps without loss. Probably playing for drop if Q was played, or finesse if 10 was played. If West shows out of hearts on the third round, I'll ruff low and play A of spades and finesse the jack (my initial thought was play AK, but it doesn't really pick up Tx in trumps, minor suit return when you lose the queen = trapped).
If the 8 of spades wasn't overruffed (and East showed out), then I'll play AK of trumps hoping they break 3-3 or find Qx in either hand.

See board 25 from this link. As soon as they spotted what Forrester was up to, 9 tricks in, the commentators described it as a "cool line" and a "very cool line".

I would ruff a heart in dummy and finse spades to the Jack.
For me the bididng is consistent if south is a passed hand and north opened a multi 2♦:
2♦-2♠ (heart preference)
2NT-3♣ (muppet)
3♥-5NT (3♥ denies 4c major, 5NT pick a slam)
6♣-6♥
6♠

It is also consistent with some variations of Reverse Benji. I think Muppet followed by pick a slam is obvious for the last part.
