Question about playing duplicate bridge match points against robots.

Are the comparison percentages based on scores that BBO members have obtained or are they some kind of theoretical number?

They are against other BBO members playing the same hands. If you click on the results pane on a particular board, then "other tables" tab, you can see what other people did, and also look in on exactly how they bid & played.

In the case of a tournament you can see the results after the tournament is over, go to my bbo/hands and results.
