I was going to say A League of Their Own, until I saw the list -- and remembered The Bad News Bears.

The Natural, A league of their own, Pride of the Yankees. Sooooo close.

By the way, "Fever Pitch" is not a baseball movie any more than "Forget Paris" was a basketball movie.

The 20 on the list the list were all great entertainment.

All About the Curve was well done, too. But, IMO, it is not really a "baseball movie" genre either. It could be in many other settings of estranged father/daughter ilk. (Absolute Power, What a Girl Wants, Wall Street II, etc.)

The Bad News Bears, and it isnt close at all. The one with Billy Bob Thorton was hilarious too. I did enjoy MoneyBall.

I'm not a Kevin Costner fan. But that was such a good movie.

Sandlot is not a particularly great movie, but it stirs up some great memories of being young and enjoying summer vacation.

Just saw sandlot is #1 in that LOList.

It's not a great movie at all. It just fills a niche role so perfectly that it's very difficult to criticize it, despite its flaws.
