He can't have a trick, he can just about have:

Q which is as good as a trick
a 53?? yarborough
a 4?5? yarborough

Of course xxxx, xxx, xxxx, xx is quite likely where 6 makes but 6 doesn't.

6 on a 4 card suit, rings a bell somewhere ...

Going to the 5 level voluntary will guarantee 11 top tricks, all we need to do is to let partner know K is another one.

If we assume RHO has A jumping to 5 if it is not exclusion should do the trick: 11 tricks, heart void, so K must be one.

Another option is to bid 4 + 5, which precludes heart void if we don't play exclusion, and is the way to suggest an invitational hand with one if we play exclusion. I'd bid this way with a non regular partner.

Gambling on Q or a good shape is another option, but I don't feel optimistic today.

The auction at one table went (4)-6. :(

When asked to justify this brilliancy, the player concerned explained "I expected partner to have a lot of diamonds on the bidding."

Partner didn't have much, but he held a 5th diamond which was good for a 12th trick.

They just overcalled 6S in the other room :(

4 6 AP at both tables for a flat board in our match...
One auction had a much longer tank by responder considering 7, though.

Is he now wondering if 2 is a better bid than 1?
