I have played in Robot Tournaments for a long time. But this particular hand may be the most bizarre bidding by GIB that I have ever seen.
Sitting North, GIB held:
----
8653
KQJT954
AJ
Vul against not, at matchpoints, the bidding went (East was the dealer):
..E-GIB......Human.....W-GIB.......N-GIB
......(P)..........1NT..........(P)............2♣
......(2♠)...........P...........(P)............2NT*
......(P).............P..........(3♠)...........3NT**
......All Pass
*Natural and invitational!
**To Play!!
As Human's spade holding was 9xxx, this was not a success. On the other hand, 7♦ was cold.

I think it should give up on Hearts and show a Diamond single suiter with Spade splinter.
