my questions are at below:

1- after 1,what;s the meanings of 1?
Robot play cheapest 1,I think it shows 4+4 plus with unbelanced hand.if with belanced hand,Robot should rebid instead of 1,right?
I have to say the balance is key, also is bidding rule.

2- As to this hand,reponder should play wjs,to bid 2 should be a reasonable auction,why respond 1?

1) GIB will rebid with 1 with any hand not good enough to rebid 2 ( strong with 5+ and 4+) or 2NT.

So unless most unpleasant hand 4144, that is likely limited to 14HCP, with 4144 that could be a stronger hand as cannot jump at that point.

GIB will not skip 1 with 4(23)4(23) hand to bid 1NT ( at least at the moment is like that ).

2) GIB plays Soloway jump shifts from none-passed hand which is 17+TP and 5+ in that major
or if hand is passed, 2 here would be Support jump shift by passed hand -- 4+ ; 11- HCP; rebiddable ; 11-12 total points

so with weak hand with major, GIB will bid first 1M, then might rebid 2M depend on rebid by opener. Might pass rebid as well depend on it.
