4♦ would be splinter in support of spades
5♦ should probably be exclusion keycard for spades, but you're not sure partner will interpret that the same way

Partner just needs ♠A and ♣K for slam to be cold, and the only way we're going to find out if he holds those cards is by bidding 4♦. If partner responds 4♠, I'll give up.

Not sure if this can be bid scientifically. I'll just bid 4 or 6 spades, depending on tactical factors. If I bid 4, I'll drive to 5 if pushed.
