IMP pairs:

2N was described as 'invitational', but S's English wasn't very good and she's fairly inexperienced and nervous, so I assumed she meant 'invitational+', and didn't want to press her on it. (say if it makes a difference)

Doh, not sure quite how I managed to leave a small heart out of the original poll. Updated now (I've relabelled the original 'other' as 'small heart', which I assume is what the other other voters were voting for...)

Hesitating between small trump and H. As it is IMPs, I try the H which is a little more aggressive.

While the choice of lead has to be between a passive low trump or an attacking low I will abstain until more info about 2NT is provided. Invitational to what? 4 with trump support? 3NT?

Small . The opponents haven't bid to game tentatively so an attacking lead seems necessary. With 2 As including the trump A, you may still have time to switch if don't work out.
