76 AQ64 AKT752 Q

Red vs White I open one Diamond. With opponents passing throughout partner replies 1 spade. I continue 2 diamonds. It replies 3 clubs. I say 3 hearts and it signs off with a 7-5 three nt.

Clubs are 5-1 with hearts and spade king offside so it is 2 down with heart 10 lead. Six spades makes, but AQT9543 is only worth mentioning once.

hand diagram and complete hands pl
Gib isn't good with distributional hands.
That said bidding 3 is forcing and implies longer spades.
Without knowing Gib's hand you can't tell if Gib is being it\s usual brutal self with such hands or being conservative.

with 6 d 4 h with AK and AQ respectively and a stiff club (not counting cQ hcp) I take a change 1c-1s-2h plus the reverse sequence is defined quite well. GIB mostly will not hang you when reverse is weakish

True but nothing says you will get to right spot Gib won't hang you Gib's valuations don't recogniise how powerful a hand 7-5 is. Hand isn't given so while 6 makes we don't know if it's a good spot without hand.

Once I opened strong 1N and Gib had 85 unfortunately I can't remember hand but had 2. But Gib should at least have been bidding over 4 at a minimum. Really only way for slam to be bid is for Gib to figure out an 8 card suit and 2 voids is good opposite a strong NT.

What is responder's hand? The topic subtitle shows 7=0=0=6 distribution. OP says 7-5 in the first post.

From what I have been repeatedly told (and seen), freak distributions are notoriously hard to fix. The other issue is that by their nature they are less common, and therefore lower priority. Still I realize how absurd something like this looks. I hope progress can be made in this general area upcoming.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.
