Online NABC and refund!

Today when I woke up I realized that I missed to play the online ACBL NABC event despite having registered and paid 40$.
The reason I missed was due to my ignorance. I expected it to show the event in BBO Tournaments section since they show other ACBL events there. It was only visible in ACBL sanctioned games section.
Anyway, I asked George Jacobs whether our money would be returned or not. He said "Nope, I did exactly the same thing"
But when I logged in again, I saw 2 messages, one from George, other from BBO, saying that the money is returned!
