Three chances missed, not two. GIB can grab the ace of clubs at trick one and cash the setting trick. It can grab the club return at trick two and cash the setting trick. Or, it can keep the setting trick in diamonds.

There has to be a bug.
Even if this was not the advanced robots is no excuse. To duck trick and throw honours under declarer's cards is just ridiculous.
When will BBO admit they have a bug?

There is no hand that matches South's bidding. The closest you can get to a 3NT bid shape-wise, maybe the main thing it locks in, is probably:
Lo and behold, on that layout, dropping the ♦Q is the best play.
I don't know how it distinguishes one impossible hand from another in simulations, but the way it assumes you have your bid causes virtually all play bugs and really needs to be fixed. But either they don't consider it a bug, or don't know how to fix it. Probably both.

Except for the fact the 3NT is described as 13-15 total points and South has already shown 3 points in spades, 8 points in diamonds, and 5 points in clubs, which is 16 HCP. Does it make more sense for GIB to assume 0 points in hearts for 1 extra point for 3NT, or 4 points in hearts for a 3NT with 20 HCP, 5 extra points? I know how I would have handled the programming.

Could be it rules for when it doesnt find a simulation are bad.
The bug I am worried about is the 7NX bug where Gib wouldn't lead ace on lead. This was fixed but the underlying bug was never found.
Also I noticed with say 3 tricks left Gib doesnt take it sure trick until trick 13 which can be just bad bridge or a big or sometimes good bridge.
