A table host (I believe that the username was "amazzing") oddly booted me from a table, stating that I had not demonstrated that I knew how to "claim" a game (I do know how). My questions are:
(1) How is it that some players have the ability to boot players and others do not? I recall having that option when I first joined BBO in 2008, an option that since has mysteriously disappeared for me. Note that I rarely, if ever booted anyone anyway, and certainly not for something as nonsensical and mean-spirited as what "amazzing" said.
(2) I also seem to have lost the ability to end a game, even though I have been at tables at which a new hand was dealt without asking permission of the other players (seems sort of like a power/bullying behavior).
(3) Does the BBO staff manipulate the options available to players? If so, what are the justifications? In the interest of transparency, can this protocol be published on the site?
