Not my cup of tea, but maybe West has ♠Qxx and ♣ void? In that case anything but ♦ would be the end.

Charles Outred showed me this interesting problem from the Scottish National Premier League Teams, last weekend. How would you play 6♠, on West's lead of ♥A? To make it you need to be lucky and to guess well. Nobody succeeded, at the table. I failed when given the problem at single-dummy. It might be more sensible to wait and try it at double-dummy when the full deal is posted, in a day or two.
