West has at least 16 points, 8 HCP, 5 for the void in spades, 3 for the singleton in hearts, maybe more points for the two 6 card suits. Partner can correct to hearts or clubs if diamonds isn't the right denomination.

seems like a pretty normal auction to me i would expect east to be under some pressure
but would be bidding to make 4 ♥ I hope if he is my partner

Given 4NT is Blackwood for the bots, and you wouldn't have posted it otherwise, I expect they picked 5♦ and got lucky, they often seem to pick the higher suit rather than stronger.

Although the shape's a bit extreme I would have doubled to show values and a hand that isn't sure what to do. That will probably end the auction more than I would like, but we must have reasonable chances of taking five tricks if partner isn't going to bid on.

5NT is probably grand slam force in hearts, not pick a minor suit slam. I would try double.
