Hi,

I play a tournament, everything is working fine. After the last hand is finished the playing screen turns grey and I connot do anything anymore.
I can try to find the other tables of the tournament with help of the right Tablebutton, but cannot join any other table (of course watching is alloweed) to kibitz. "table cannot be opened" Message
I even cannot go out of the grey playing screen using the "back" button, this is blue, but nothing happens, clicking home does not work either.

The only way to do something is alt+f4 (or closing BBO by browser) and log in again.

What do I have to do to make this better ?

Best regards
Uwe

I'm surprised you can't get back out of the tournament, what browser/OS are you using?
The rest is pretty normal, the end of a tournament is traditionally a bit of a mess on BBO, including not seeing the last hand on other tables.
You can see the other tables slowly disappearing, then the grey limbo and then the final score appears.

System: windows 10
I even do not see the final score, when the tournament is over.
A relog does not make it better, I have to wait an hour until the result could be found. I know that THIS is the bit of a mess you was talking about, so not really a part of my problem.
There is really no excape from the grey Limbo but ALT+F4

Strange. The final score usually appears although it may take some minutes.
What kind of tournament?

Ok, I was thinking about the free automatic individual tournaments.
I've never paid much attention to what happens as a player after a manually directed pairs tournament because usually I am the director.
