Playing in casual recently, I have been removed by the host on a few occasions usually early only in a session before I have done anything to deserve it. Of course there can be a lot of reasons why this happens - they may be waiting for a friend for example. However I suspect that is often happens in error. When you are host you get three options: Remove, Remove and Show Profile. When you are not host you only get the Show Profile option. Many players don't understand what being made the host means or even notice that they have become host. They click on a new players profile to see what they play and remove them unintentionally.

I does seem to me that the first option should be "Show Profile" not "Remove" so it is consistent.
