Support queue and appeals

I have a pair who have been barred from BBO for collusion. They have expressed a desire to appeal and to see the claims against them, both to support to and the person who notified them. How long does it take to get a reply (other than the file# from support)?

Just out of interest, is this bar a decision of BBO, ACBL or some other body?
