Says partner not online

Hello,

Can anyone help with an issue regarding a problem when registering for an ACLB virtual club tournament? I have played in lots and never had a problem BUT lately when I invite my partner I get a message that they are not online - and they are. If we try it so that they invite me the same thing happens. Not all the time but enough to be annoying and if there is a simple fix can someone let me in on it? Many thanks

Make sure both of you are on the same server. There are now separate servers for Casual bridge tables and Competitive tournaments. When you're registering for a tournament, both of you have to be on the Competitive server.
