No Vugraphs listed The scheduled Bermuda Bowl vugraphs are not shown

This afternoon Bermuda Bowl vugraphs were scheduled but they are not in my list to watch (where the main screen says: 9 vugraphs). What is going wrong?

There was an outage on BBO yesterday and players were unable to login for a few hours (the outage overlapped the 2nd round of the World Championships vugraph). During the outage, the delayed vugraph could not be rendered. The counter on the Vugraph menu showed that the original matches were being recorded (invisible to spectators). Normally, those matches would have been visible after a delay.
