Chat from tablet?

Hi, my partner is using a tablet to logon to BBO and can't chat to the table.
Can anyone help? :)

Would suggest providing specific details - does "can't chat" mean they can't find where the chat interface is, or they can't type into the chat line, or they can type in and not submit, or submit and it appears to send but others at the table can't see it, or .. lots of options here :)

Type into chat , hit enter/chat & gets thrown back to previous screen

I'm reporting this second hand so it's not easy but if its a common/known problem someone will know

Is she using the BBO app, or a browser ?
Can she read chat sent to the table by others?

The problem is only with chat to table, they're able to send private chat?

Or they can't chat at all?

They were using a browser, trying to chat to the table.
If it's not a known problem/ fix never mind, we are using another method.
