Why does BBO ask if I’m still here?

BBO will often say it thinks I’m not there, do you want to keep playing, or words to that effect, but I’m in the middle of a game. Any idea why? This is while using the browser-based version on PC. I don’t get that on the mobile app.

Yes, it’s one of the solitaire games. It’s actually my mother who plays it on the PC, and she is legally blind. This version seems to display bigger and clearer than the other versions, so that’s why I have her play this version. It would be nice if she could play the others with more features because she a fairly good player, but she finds them harder to see.
