New Terms of Service

Those new Terms of Service are both insulting to the members and childishly poorly written.

You do understand that "We can do whatever we damn well please" isn't limited in scope.

As a company whose management is based out of the EU and has enough money that fines are worth levying, you really might want to pay a lot more attention to legal niceties...

FWIW, here is an alternative POV: I see the new terms of service as nothing more than an extension of the "rules" written by Uday over 20 years ago (when management was based in the USA):
1: No cheating
2: Be nice
3. Don't screw around with the money or the software
4. Enjoy the game
That seems simple enough to me. But I readily admit that we don't all see things the same way.
