Discussion of Acol versus 2/1

As commented elsewhere, top teams mainly play 2/1. I am not a top player. I prefer Acol because:
- I mainly play pairs and the balance between the two no-trump ranges is different. At teams, strong is better.
- I prefer fewer gadgets and memory tests.

To suggest that having more non-forcing bids leads to cheating is bs. Every system has borderline cases.
