The choice to use 1♥-1NT as the game forcing relay rather than 1♥-1♠ is interesting - traditionally I think fans of moscito claim that rightsiding a possible spade contract in the concealed and stronger asking hand is beneficial, as is the extra step on relay auctions. Those 2-level openings are very aggressive, the type of 'rough' bids that caused quite an uproar historically if I'm not mistaken.
It makes me very happy to see that people are playing non-traditional systems.
With a constructive hand with six clubs they open 3♣, I saw that happen once yesterday. They then proceeded to bid a good slam so on that hand at least it didn't work against them.
Other than that, the openings are Moscito.
There was a pair at my club in Hamilton that played the same but they used normal Moscito relays.
