Saving and Using BBO files

I have saved BBO files to my account Deal archive and can use them by following these directions:

OK, I just went to a teaching table, sat with myself at every seat, Then
• Account
• Deal archive
• select a hand that you are interested in ( all my saved hands are visible here)
• click on the three white lines in the top right corner and click the export option
• click on 'upload deal to table
• you should now be in business.

But in a teaching table, when I select Deal Source -> Use saved deals the system shows the names of my hand folders but it does not show the files within those folders so I cannot select files to use.

It would be easier to use the later method. Any help?

Found the answer. Using the later option, Use Deal Source displays only the names of folders. Select the folder you want then close that window. Files from the selected folder will be dealt sequentially each time you redeal.
