If you play a lot of them, its possible you simply ran out of deals. There's only this many deals played by stars in this format, so if you played all of them, you have to wait until new ones are available (ie, the stars play more).

You can also try a different format. If you've been playing IMP, try MP (there are generally more of these). And if you've been playing basic robot games, try advanced robots. Yes, you have to pay for them, but they're relatively cheap and as a bonus you don't have to see ads for a week.

And no, there's no conspiracy to limit the basic games to force people to pay for advanced games.
