Today's "Canadian Inter-Province Robot Individual" contained results putting a number of players in Virginia. Virginia is not a province in Canada yet but I suppose they could apply.

Yes, Virginia belongs to that smaller country next to Canada. I suppose if they wanted to escape all the madness currently taking place in that smaller country, they could ask to join their larger neighbour, but it's certainly not clear that Canada would be willing to accept them.

I mean, it's not like Virginia doesn't have a history of disagreeing which country they want to be a part of or anything. It's a state (of mind), I guess.
