If due to disruptions in network, you are disconnected from tournament, no option is available to contact ur partner or TD to request reseating.
Running tournaments should have button to access TD to request to resat with ur partner in particular table
Now we cannot contact partner to inform him to reseat me after network reconnection as the bob says u cannot speak to ur partner

In pay games reseating is automatic.

You seem to be playing free games organized by volunteers. Each of these games has its own rules and policies around subs and reseating players -- including some never reseat, because they prefer to honour the subs who helped them keep the game going. It's entirely up to each organizer whether they want to reseat the players or not.

Diana, I think the issue is that they don't always know the name of the TD in order to ask to be reseated. They're requesting an easy way to contact the TD of a tournament.

This would also be useful after a tourney, to request an adjustment for the last board.

I understood, but given that each tourney has its own rules about this, especially the free ones ran by volunteers, it would be a bit presumptious to add a call TD button outside of the tourney to ask to be reseated in a game that does not offer the feature.
