I've been chatting with a player who just returned from the Red Deer Regional, AB
He had some of the usual negative experiences from a players perspective, that we read on here but he did say that there
was one Director who was excellent and particularly, his personal skills were exemplary.
He said this TD was Michael Fair...something.

I thought this was worth sharing.

"100% certain that many excellent players would disagree. This is far more about style/judgment than right vs. wrong." Fred

So. You're trying to get Michael to work not just harder, but a lot harder. Slave driver.

I'm sure that like many he is happy to be called "Director".
And doubly happy that someone recognized he was doing his best and maybe even succeeding :)
